The inspiration for the FrontRowVIP live concept was born out of quarantine, and I had thought of the eventuality that the pandemic could cause extended periods of isolation and there, very well, might be future, and more severe iterations of the virus. So, since we couldn’t come together in person, thinking outside the box, I decided to build my own audience so I could walk among them virtually—dozens of human sized screens with one audience member on each. 

Just before the Covid mandates went into effect, I was developing a solo show about living with MS and surviving cancer. Later, while quarantined, I started wondering how long the closures would really last, and when could I see an audience again? So I researched how theatres were surviving the shut-downs and the most interesting thing to me was that a lot of them were producing shows on applications like zoom or skype, and it made sense to try it that way.

So I designed a new way to experience live performance with a whole new proprietary technology that we will be introducing in full to audiences in January 2024. If you’d like more info and a preview, please sign up on our registration page!
